Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Campaign Manager and Sales Engineer who will play a critical role in supporting our sales team with product demonstrations, technical presentations, and crafting tailored solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with marketing automation platforms similar to Experiture, strong technical acumen, and exceptional communication skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

Sales Engineering Support

  • Product Demonstrations
    • Conduct compelling and customized product demos that highlight the features and benefits of our marketing platforms.
    • Tailor demonstrations to address specific client needs and pain points.
  • Technical Presentations
    • Prepared and delivered technical presentations to prospective clients, showcasing how our solutions met their requirements.
    • Simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Solution Design
    • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
    • Develop technical proposals and solution architectures that align with client objectives.
  • Client Consultations
    • Engage with clients to answer technical questions and address concerns during the sales process.
    • Provide insights on best practices and how to maximize the value of our platforms.

Campaign Management

  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, social media, web) for demonstration purposes.
    • Design campaign strategies that showcase the capabilities of our platforms.
  • Execution and Optimization
    • Set up and manage demo campaigns, monitor their performance, and optimize for better results.
    • Utilize A/B testing and analytics to refine campaign effectiveness.
  • Analytics and Reporting
    • Analyze campaign metrics to generate insightful reports for internal teams and clients.
    • Use data to inform strategies and demonstrate ROI to clients.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Team Coordination
    • Work closely with the sales, marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive solution delivery.
    • Provide feedback from client interactions to inform product improvements and updates.
  • Training and Support
    • Assist in onboarding new clients by providing training on platform usage and best practices.
    • Offer ongoing support to ensure client success and satisfaction.

Technical Acumen and Integration

Required Qualifications and Skills

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

  • Technical Experience
    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with email and multichannel marketing platforms similar to Experiture (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp).
    • Proven experience in marketing automation, customer segmentation, personalization, and campaign management.
  • Sales Engineering Experience
    • Experience supporting sales teams with technical presentations and product demonstrations.
    • Ability to design solutions that meet client requirements and articulate the value proposition effectively.
  • Campaign Management
    • Hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
    • Proficiency in analytics and reporting to assess campaign performance.

Technical Skills

    • Deep understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
