Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Solutions Team, overseeing the delivery of turnkey marketing solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multi-channel marketing projects, with expertise in personalized landing pages, marketing automation, email campaigns, and customer engagement strategies. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet our clients’ strategic objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end project management for client solutions, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects related to personalized landing pages, marketing automation, email campaigns, and multi-channel marketing initiatives.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring that solutions align with their marketing goals.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, content creators, and marketing specialists, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Scope and Requirements Management: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Document requirements and ensure all team members have a clear understanding of project goals.
  • Scheduling and Resource Allocation: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations through regular reviews and testing.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and post-project evaluations.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

 

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the digital marketing industry, preferably focusing on marketing automation, personalized landing pages, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Project Management Certification:
    • Project Management Professional (PMP)® or
    • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)® or
    • Equivalent experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Experiture, HubSpot, Marketo).
    • Familiarity with personalized landing page creation and PURLs.
    • Experience with email marketing tools and campaign management.
    • Knowledge of CRM systems and integration (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Analytical Skills:
    • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools to track campaign performance.
    • Ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and senior management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Multi-Channel Marketing:
    • Familiarity with coordinating campaigns across email, web, SMS, and social media.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Understanding of API integration and data synchronization between platforms.
    • Experience with customer journey mapping and workflow automation.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    • Previous experience working with clients in various industries, adapting solutions to meet diverse needs.
  • Software Proficiency:
    • Proficiency in project management tools such as JiraAsana, or Trello.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for communication and collaboration.
