Company Overview:

Experiture is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with a technical background to join our team. While the position can be remote, preference will be given to candidates based in Kolkata. This recruiter will manage hiring for a range of roles, from Microsoft .NET developers and architects to front-end web developers, database developers (SQL Server, Cosmos DB, etc.), business intelligence professionals, and technical project managers. The ideal candidate will have transitioned from an engineering background and understands the technical intricacies of various development and data technologies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of technical roles, including Microsoft .NET developers, front-end developers, database developers, business intelligence analysts, and technical project managers.
  • Technical Screening: Leverage your technical background to assess candidates’ qualifications across multiple technology stacks such as .NET, front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS), SQL Server, Cosmos DB, Synapse, and Power BI.
  • Sourcing Talent: Proactively source candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub, technical forums, and job boards.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: : Partner with hiring managers and technical teams to understand role-specific requirements and the project’s needs.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified professionals across various domains for both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Candidate Engagement: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining communication and providing feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Market Insights: Provide market intelligence, including salary benchmarks and competitive hiring trends for various technical domains in India and globally.
  • Technical Documentation: Assist in the creation of technical assessments for various roles, from development to business intelligence and project management.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Background : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Prior experience working as a developer, database administrator, or solutions architect is preferred.
  • Recruiting Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, covering a wide range of technical roles, including Microsoft .NET, front-end development, database, and business intelligence roles.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of .NET framework, front-end technologies, SQL databases, and data analytics tools like Power BI, with the ability to evaluate candidate proficiency in these areas.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of explaining technical requirements to candidates and collaborating effectively with hiring managers.
  • Problem-Solving: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified professionals across various domains for both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Tools & Platforms: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining communication and providing feedback throughout the recruitment process.

Preferred

  • Certifications in technical recruitment (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Experience in recruiting for SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Synapse, and Power BI solutions
