Move creates newest Indros Group Portfolio Company
Today is an important day in our corporate history — with Indros Group announcing that it has completed the spin-off of Experiture!
We are now a stand-alone wholly-owned subsidiary focused on bringing our new Customer Experience Marketing software platform to market.

Experiture enables marketers to easily create and automate multi-channel customer experiences across the entire customer lifecycle. Using Experiture’s intuitive drag-and-drop tools, marketers can create and deploy multichannel communications including Email, Direct Mail, Mobile and Social.
However, unlike marketing platforms that only focus on sending communications out to customers, Experiture’s multi-channel marketing suite draws customers back to individualized Web-based “Customer Experience Portals” or microsites. These portals, driven by CRM data, can react to customer behavior and activities – and even aggregate information from customer care and finance/operations. The result? A truly unified customer experience.
“The platform reacts to customer lifecycle events by closely monitoring updates in behavior, activity and profile information” said Noam Rubinstein, who returns to Indros Group from NY-based cloud TV start-up Aereo to lead the initiative to spin-off Experiture. Noam had previously worked at another Indros Group portfolio company, Easypurl. “When you put it all together, Experiture is a single-platform customer experience marketing solution.”
